Reed “Tip” of the Month
————————-
With the cold weather and dryness of winter, ’tis the season
for Chapstick and other lip balms. Great for your lips,
but did you know they can gunk up your reeds, stuffing up
the fibers of the cane and shortening their lifespan? Keep your reeds clean and healthy by taking the time to wipe off any lip balm
before playing and, as always, blowing out your reeds from the
cork end before putting them away after playing.

The Trading Post
——————————-
