What about soaking my reed?
Soaking is a very important part of bringing your reed to life. An unsoaked reed won’t make a sound while an oversoaked reed will be flatter than a pancake. Each reed order comes with special soaking instructions to help you get it just right. Or, you can

My reed is damaged, what can I do?
All of our reeds are GUARANTEED. To read more about it, just click here and then
contact us right away. Unfortunately, we cannot control the hazards of the U.S. Postal Service (well, we tried, but ended up sending our postman into early retirement) but are happy to help when they slip up.
