Do you offer "rush" service for reed orders?
While one of our priorities is getting your reeds to you quickly, our number one priority is maintaining the quality of those reeds. Yes, rush shipping is available. In fact, you can get your reeds in only three days if you really need them. Please visit our shipping information page for further details.

What about soaking my reed?
Soaking is a very important part of bringing your reed to life. An unsoaked reed won't make a sound while an oversoaked reed will be flatter than a pancake. Each reed order comes with special soaking instructions to help you get it just right. Or, you can download the instructions (PDF file).

My reed is damaged, what can I do?
All of our reeds are GUARANTEED. To read more about it, just click here and then contact us right away. Unfortunately, we cannot control the hazards of the U.S. Postal Service (well, we tried, but ended up sending our postman into early retirement) but are happy to help when they slip up.

I am pretty picky. Can you make a reed just for me?
You are talking to real oboists here. When it comes to our reeds, we are all picky. And yes, we thought of that. As soon as you place your order, you will be directed to complete your very own reed profile. This will help us to learn exactly how you want your reed to be made. We don't guess at what is best for you, we simply listen to what you tell us.
